Gigi Rollini serves as Managing Partner of Florida Government Law Partners. Gigi has represented clients ranging from the world's largest companies to innovative startups and non-profits to successfully enter, strengthen, or expand their Florida regulated operations. She routinely represents companies, organizations, and individual professionals to gain and retain their Florida licensure and registrations. Her impact litigation in novel regulatory areas has helped shape Florida law within her areas of expertise. She has represented officials at the highest level of state and federal government, including a sitting President of the United States in the U.S. Supreme Court and Florida constitutional officers at all levels of Florida state courts, including in the Florida Supreme Court. She strives to employ a creative and strategic approach to achieve common sense, efficient solutions, including those that protect and enhance relationships between regulated entities and regulators, in large and small cases alike. Prior to founding Florida Government Law Partners, Gigi led the Florida Government and Administrative practice group within a statewide law firm which, under her leadership, gained state and national peer and client-based recognition.
Gigi serves as President-Elect of the National Association of Women Lawyers (NAWL), and is a past president of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers (FAWL) and Tallahassee Women Lawyers. She has been recognized as one of Florida’s “Top 50 Women Lawyers” by Super Lawyers and one of The Best Lawyers in America for administrative and regulatory law, and is routinely named one of Florida’s “Legal Elite,” “Top Rated Lawyers,” and a “Super Lawyer” in both administrative and appellate law. She has been named a FAWL "Extraordinary Woman," the Panhandle's "Woman of Distinction" in Law by the Girl Scout Council, and one of Tallahassee's "25 Women to Know" by the Tallahassee Democrat. She has earned Martindale's highest AV-Preeminent Peer Rating in appellate, administrative, and civil litigation, serves as The Florida Bar's Administrative Law Section Executive Council's Liaison to The Florida Bar Appellate Court Rules Committee, and is a past chair of the Appellate Court Rules Committee's administrative and civil appeals subcommittees.
Prior to entering private practice, Gigi was senior judicial clerk to Judge Robert T. Benton II at Florida's First District Court of Appeal, a judicial extern for The Honorable Robert L. Hinkle at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida, and a Florida Bar Public Service Fellow. Gigi holds both Juris Doctor and Master of Public Administration degrees and, prior to law school, served as a legislative aide in the Florida House of Representatives.

- Represents licensees, regulated entities, and interested parties before regulatory agencies and their professional boards, the Division of Administrative Hearings, and in Florida’s circuit and appellate courts to obtain licensure and ensure compliance.
- Advises and represents clients in compliance, disciplinary and appellate matters involving Florida’s agencies and professional boards, including Florida Department of Health, Agency for Health Care Administration, Agency for Persons with Disabilities, and Florida’s Boards including Nursing, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Medicine, Accountancy, Architecture and Professional Engineers, as well as national examination and professional boards.

- Represented a sitting U.S. President in the United States Supreme Court to defend against a petition for writ of mandamus in an election-related suit.
- Defended a contested amendment to the Florida Constitution from circuit court to the Florida Supreme Court, helping to preserve the measure for the general election ballot.
- Represented constitutional officer in circuit court, the Fifth District Court of Appeal, and Florida Supreme Court to strike a county charter amendment changing the method of election for county constitutional officers in case of first impression and statewide impact.
- Represented statewide association in litigation to strike attempted charter amendment abolishing certain constitutional officers.
